Nehemiah 4:1-10 (NKJV)

*the people were fighting for the next and future generations, the same thing can be said about the people here today

*thats why we have to seek The Lord in what we are experiencing today

*the future of our worship is at stake

*the Church is experiencing a great task and the future is at stake

There are dangers all around us

*they had to fight criticism

*when you aim criticism at God’s people you are aiming criticism at The Lord

*you should always be aware of people who plot for the Church to fail

*they had to fight: Criticism, Complaints and

There are duties assigned to you:

*never let people who are criticizing interrupt those doing the work

*the people were united in the process, protection and progress of the work

*they could focus on the duty of doing the work because they were focused on the Deity above them, because they were committed to a life of prayer

*the Bible declares that “where we are weak, He is made strong”

*the church has to get in a V formation, so each one gets to the place where God wants us to be, just like flying geese.

There is another person who got in a V formation, King Jesus.

*as men, we lost strength and could not get back to God

*Jesus came to do our heavy lifting

*Jesus is the wind beneath our wings 

*under extreme scrutiny Jesus served

*God upsets our comfort, for his Glory
