"Blessing Me by Blessing God"

Psalms 134:1-3

*”your children took what you gave them and gave it back to you”

*some of us have not blessed God with the: mouth, hands and everything else he gave us. Some have not even thanked Him this morning.

*the Psalm starts out with you blessing the Lord but ends with the Lord blessing you 

*the word Blessed is in all three verses 

*if we get this Psalm right the Blessing is on the way 

*the word blessed in Hebrew is Barrack (like the President)

*the word Blessed means we send up knee mail to God (kneel before God)

*blessing God requires your whole being 

*God gave everything to save us

*I can’t give God enough, it takes everything I got 

*every now and then I need God to show His face in my business 

*some church folk only know how to praise God, when we need something from Him

*blessing God is a symbol of rendering God our strength 

*some folks still have not gotten on their knees before God, to elevate God to a permanent place in their life

*God is talking to the Priest in this text, it starts with the Priest (one who is called near)

*the saints should get happy because we are all a part of the Priesthood, women and men of God

*if you got a real walk with God You don’t need your Pastor for access to (your) God

*call Jesus, he’s always there 

*call on Him for yourself, because of His finished work on the cross we have access 

*when you have a relationship, you know how to get to Him in the dark (trials in your life)

*sometimes when we can’t see our way, because God has our hands, we can keep dancing 

*hold on to God’s unchanging hand
